The following Shipping Policy is valid for all orders placed on our site. By buying one or more items online, you signify your agreement with our Shipping Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

USA and Canada:-

All orders outside of India will have an additional surcharge. All orders will be shipped after payment has been confirmed. All products will be shipped with Insurance and Signature, which the customer will be responsible. Expedited Shipping is available, additional charges apply.

Domestic:-
  • For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies.
  • We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company within 4-5 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). We are in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Payments

USA and Canada:-
PayPal, Bank transfer and Checks are accepted. Credit cards accepted (Visa, Discover and Master card) . Please contact (603)320-6822 for payment details.
  • All sales are Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
Domestic:-
  • We are proud to use Payment Gateway Name for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted by us.
  • The Courier charges are as per the charges calculated on the chargeable weight by shipping company. Chargeable weight is calculated from Gross weight OR volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
  • Any Taxes or duties levied at destination would be borne by you.
Other Info
  • The time for the delivery in India would be 4-5 working days. (Except Sundays & other major Indian holidays).
  • We are not liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased items in case of unforeseen contingencies like floods, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
  • Items dispatch to places within India will be done through reputed couriers like DHL, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.
Damaged Goods
  • All orders are carefully packaged. However there are times when the shipped items may get damaged in transit.
  • If you receive the items in damaged condition, you should inform us about the same by either E Mail or Telephone within 5 days from the delivery date. Once you file a claim with us, please ensure that the damaged items are put back neatly in its original packaging.
  • The replacement will be sent to you at the earliest.
Note:Please DO NOT ship the damaged merchandise back to us.
Wrongly Delivery of Goods

In case, you were shipped the wrong item(s), you should intimate us within 5 business working days so that the appropriate item could be dispatched as a replacement OR refund of the complete amount including all shipping charges could be expedited, as per your preference.

Please note that we cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including if the item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period or if the item is not in its original condition.
